Plug Mounted Probes

We offer a wide range of fully interchangeable thermocouple type K probes. This range of plug mounted probes are mounted directly into miniature thermocouple plugs. This provides an economical solution to many temperature measuring applications and allows the user the option of one handed operation.

Thermometers are only part of the system, or equal importance is the design of the temperature probes used to physically measure the food or products.We have a range of interchangeable thermocouple K probes designed to meet your requirements. penetration probes	bell-shaped surface probes
These colour coded, stainless steel, penetration probes are strong and versatile. Ideal for a variety of applications including liquids and semi-solid foods. The probes colour coded cap assists users to identify a particular probe for a specific application. Fast Response Wire Probe

These small in size, fast response, exposed junction type K thermocouple wire probes, are ideal for taking air temperatures. When used in conjunction with the self-adhesive attachment pads, these probes provide a quick solution to the measurement of surface temperatures.

fiberglass wire probes	self-adhesive attachment pads
These fiberglass exposed junction wire probes are ideal for measuring the temperature of ovens, hot cupboards etc. Maximum temperature +350°C	Attachment pads are recommended for attaching small diameter exposed junction wire thermocouples to surfaces, i.e. hotplates, pipes etc. These are easy to use PTFE pads. Mineral Insulated Probes	Bayonet Thermocouple Probes
These flexible, high temperature, MI probes can be bent to any shape without affecting performance, ideal for a range of high temperature applications. This leaf thermocouple probe is ideal for surface temperature measurement in a variety of industries. The easy to fit, fast response, leaf thermocouple sensing junction / tip is mounted on a stainless steel shim.
