AAW Control Systems are a progressive and growing company with an established and expanding client base. We specialise in providing commercial monitoring systems to the healthcare, food and pharmaceutical industries and our portfolio of products includes web based, wireless and 3G systems that can be fully customised to meet client’s needs.

AAW are actively seeking to fill the following positions and are looking for self-motivated people with outstanding drive and enthusiasm to join our team.

Sales Executive

A dynamic and successful Sales Executive is required to retain and further expand our existing client base. 

A technical/electrical/refrigeration background would be advantageous and applicants should be competent with windows; word / excel etc.

Duties will include investigating promotional avenues, preparing quotes to a high standard, researching and approaching new leads, visiting clients to demonstrate our systems and conduct site surveys, and to work closely with the Service and Support team. 

The position is based from our offices but it is expected that you will be visiting customers up to 4 days a week, transport provided.

This position offers an opportunity for a self-motivated person with drive and enthusiasm to play a major part in helping to grow the company based on the latest web technology.  

Salary negotiable plus commission.

Telesales Person

A dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales person is required to further expand our existing client base.
 
Duties will include researching and approaching new leads, and preparing quotes to a high standard. Applicants must have a desire to progress and achieve set objectives and should be competent with windows; word / excel etc.

The position offers an opportunity to develop your skills and experience whilst playing a key role in helping to grow the company.

Salary negotiable plus commission.

Field Installation/Support Engineer

Applicants should ideally have electrical/data cable installation experience and an electrical/refrigeration background would also be favourable. You should also be PC literate, with a good knowledge of Windows and Networks. However, we are primarily looking for a person who wants to progress their career and provide our customers with excellent service. 

Our clients are based throughout the UK and a company van will be provided.
This position offers an opportunity to further develop your technical and customer service experience and play a major part in supporting our clients.

Electrical/Electronic/Software Technician Apprentice

Applicants must have a desire to progress, acquire new skills and develop within this challenging role.

You will be required to test hardware to PCB level, assemble panels with pre-tested hardware, configure customer software and complete pre-installation testing.
The position offers an opportunity to learn new skills and develop your existing experience using latest web technology whilst playing a key role in ensuring a quality of service and support to our clients.
